On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.

• More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
• Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
• Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.

High usability and intelligent platform. Anyone with basic understanding of querying the platform can use the solution. For Admins as well, running reports is easy (but can be improved)

The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. I wasn't able to dive as deeply into Glean because we didn't set it up fully but I got to play around and see a bunch of different trials of it, I would say that Glean is the more robust of the two tools but for what we needed Docket.io did the job

UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.
