We decided to opt for Echobox Social as it is more suited for publishers than Sprout Social. We do not have to manually select when we would like to schedule posts. The AI-powered engine of Echobox Social not only means we are able to maximise our reach, but it also suggests …
Echobox Social stands out for its autonomous process of content creation and distribution, encompassing text, newsletter content, subjects, and scheduling times for both newsletter broadcasts and social media posts. Unlike other solutions we considered, such as Hootsuite or …
We received a recommendation for this tool (Hootsuite), but whoever gave us the information had not used it. We had difficulty understanding how it works. At the same time, in research done online, we discovered Echobox. We sent an email and were promptly responded to, …
To be completely honest, we've stumbled upon Echobox because some other media houses in Serbia were already using it. They were kind enough to offer us a trial and we were very satisfied with initial reactions, both from our staff and from our readers. Therefore it was a …
There's no comparison. The number of hours saved with automatic posting and the use of artificial intelligence to optimize schedules and select the correct audience made Echobox a very useful and valuable tool for our portal and we managed to gain a lot of time for other …
For us, Echobox is the first tool of its kind so we can't make a comparison with other kinds of software. We have used tools like Trello and Slack, but they don't have this function and, of course, we used to use Facebook's integrated management system, but it's not comparable …
I'm not really comfortable comparing Echobox to other vendors I have not used. That said, Echobox's ease of use and an accessible client team drove our decision to select and stay with Echobox. We have been with them several years now and do not have any intentions of …
No comparison. Echobox is far more intuitive, and the integration is excellent. Although the cost is higher, the efficiency benefits so far outweigh the minor extra expense.
Echobox AI function (the ability to decide when is the best time to share a post) is a [game-changer] and also the UI is cleaner and easier to use. I found Hootsuite confusing and complicated. It has too many windows and also doesn't pull the articles automatically. There is no …
Later.com is used for Instagram in terms of links in bio. I have heard that Instagram on Echobox does not work so well for our company so we have not added this feature to our Echobox account.
In both products, you can post your different articles, but the big difference it´s that Echobox will choose the best moment to do it and in Zapier the article publish immediately.
We use the Echobox ranking for sharing and resharing the content at the best moment, plus we can edit the titles and the images before publishing on social networks. With Zapier, for example, we publish the content when the RSS feed was updated. Now we can reach the best …
Echobox can all be done on one webpage as opposed to needing multiple different tabs open, and also has a seemingly unlimited amount of users that can have an account, which is great for security as not everyone needs access to our actual social profiles. It's a lot more …
Sprout has far more analytic functionality but Echobox's AI analysis of our content and automation means we can trust the system to manage our posts and focus on content creation. Sprout remains a manual posting tool.
Dlvr.it did a very good automation job, but Echobox is tailor-made for news editors. Therefore, with Echobox we have much more control over how, when, and what we share on social media.
We selected Echobox as it was recommended by our international colleagues. No other similar products were considered. Prior to using Echobox, we posted directly onto each social media platform using their innate tools.
Hootsuite is great for influencers and other types of companies because it allows you to schedule everything in advance. The best part of Echobox is that you can connect it to your website and it will automatically crank out your own content with little difficulty in a way that …
We have used Orlo before using Publer, and they are very similar products, but Publer is much more cost-effective in comparison. Publer can be just as easy to use as Orlo, and the look and feel work in a very similar way. If you are looking for a better cost-effective solution, …
We previously used SocialBee and also evaluated Metricool. SocialBee could not edit video directly in the app and couldn't auto-generate captions. Its mobile app didn't support comment management or story link stickers. Metricool was simpler to navigate but felt rigid — it …
Publer has a better design and faster application. While it is not a neccessity, I like to use software, that looks and feels modern. Publer also have much better pricing for my concrete use case - we are two people managing 4 social media channels.
I found Hootsuite and Buffer after searching about content management tools on the internet. They are great tools as well but in terms of pricing, Publer has got better plans. Pricing really matters for people with small to medium size businesses and I think Publer offers two …
The reason I chose Publer above Buffer and Later Social is the integration of Google Maps business. Either there was no integration with it, or it was much more expensive to have it. Now I have 10 social media accounts connected and I'm more active than ever on our socials.
I've used other tools to try and schedule across social media platforms and although others may have had better pricing or better features, they rarely had both. Publer is the perfect balance of performance and pricing, where other platforms excel in one over the other.
Very well. It comes very close to what hootsuite does but at a fraction of the price. Its pretty interesting tat Publer has not blown up yet. even some of the other ones outside of its circle its still good to use Publer over others. so give it a try
Later does not have the required features compared to Publer. Although later was interesting and it was a good price, it ultimately failed to win because it does not offer tagging in automated posts. Publer allows you to tag in automated posts and batch scheduled posts, even …
Publer actually uses ChatGPT as a friend, it's not a similar product. You can use ChatGPT inside Publer to increase the quality of the posts and the texts that you can use in the posts, and also the comments in the post, and also other things in the posts. It's great.
To be honest, I chose Publer because it has a much more accessible pricing structure. AND I loved some of the additional features (like spintax) I couldn't get anywhere else. The others priced BY platform, or I just didn't like how little automation was actually apparent in …
This is my answer: We tested Hootsuite, Buffer, and Postcron before choosing Publer. Hootsuite offered the features we needed, but its pay-per-seat pricing quickly became too costly for our small, in-house team. Buffer provided a good experience and reliable network coverage, …
I dont know how the tool was called I used before , but the problem with that tool was, that I had to be online with my computer to post my scheduled postings. With Publer everything will be posted automatically
The price and the feature are what drove me to Publer. It was cheaper for the features and social accounts I needed. However, Publer is still on the expensive side. I overall will still recommend Publer to be able to start your own social media marketing business. Definitely …
Easier to use. Free account with limited but relevant functionality for those just starting out or if you want to try Publer first. One of the best value for money social media content management sites I could find.
At the time of purchasing, Publer was the most cost effective compared to other options considered, and provided the combination of features I needed at the time.
Because of the simplicity of interface, and customer service I have not needed to look elsewhere at all.
Publer was much easier to use than these other ones, and it didn't feel like they charged as much for incremental additional social accounts. In Publer, I especially liked the way their calendar for scheduling posts was displayed, and I found their bulk upload a lot easier to …
Echobox Social is well suited to publishers and media organisations who are publishing daily online content that needs sharing across social platforms. It works best if your social media objective is driving traffic to your articles/website. It would be suitable for both small and large organisations, as it allows multiple users with different access.
Publer is a great choice for in-house teams managing multiple sister brands because it combines all networks—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Google Business Profiles, YouTube, and Pinterest—into a single drag-and-drop calendar, removing the hassle of separate dashboards and spreadsheets. The platform’s AI-generated captions, evergreen “recycle” rules, and simple approval process keep our content running smoothly and on brand, while built-in analytics offer enough insight to optimise timing and formats without needing enterprise-level features. We haven’t faced any major restrictions; when an API change caused a hiccup, Publer’s support team fixed it within a day. Agencies that require in-depth white-label reporting or detailed short-form video metrics might need additional tools, but for a small or medium-sized enterprise seeking seamless scheduling, quick optimisation, and responsive support, Publer hits the mark.
Since I'm Brazilian, and our whole team is based in Brazil, would be great if the whole platform was translated for Portuguese. There are no many English speakers in Brazil, to be honest. That would make it easier
Tik Tok. Would be nice if somehow Echobox could provide their AI for Tik Tok Users
It would be good to see better integration of the Instagram platform, when it comes to using trending audio, getting template inspiration etc, but this may be limited by the available API.
Hashtag analysis and suggestion is pretty limited, and this is a feature in the higher paid accounts.
Because I am totally satisfied with Echobox service. I find it balanced between the service itself and its cost. Compared to its competitors, it is, without a doubt, the best product for small publishers. It only lacks in a greater and more efficient management of statistics which, at the moment, is absent. I will definitely renew Echobox!
Echobox Social's user interface is straightforward to navigate and even members of our team who are not necessarily social media specialists can step in when needed. The schedule queue is very easy to understand, meaning different team members can see what content is scheduled to be posted. When trying to edit the automation settings, each feature is well explained if you hover over the question mark button.
Publer is overall pretty easy to use. You can schedule posts very easily, and we have found that new users can pick this up very easily. It could have an improved dashboard and UI that shows the different sections more clearly, but it has still been easy to use overall.
When there have been problems, they’ve usually been resolved very quickly. Some issues have occurred such as not being able to download images or posts not going out when the service has crashed, but they’re also very open to feedback. The option to download pictures loaded into the feed stories was my suggestion; saving us time creating new images and getting the posts out quickly
Echobox AI function (the ability to decide when is the best time to share a post) is a [game-changer] and also the UI is cleaner and easier to use. I found Hootsuite confusing and complicated. It has too many windows and also doesn't pull the articles automatically. There is no comparison really, Echobox is miles ahead.
The reason I chose Publer above Buffer and Later Social is the integration of Google Maps business. Either there was no integration with it, or it was much more expensive to have it. Now I have 10 social media accounts connected and I'm more active than ever on our socials.
Positive impact: time-saving. We have saved on staff costs and other staff are able to focus on more skilled tasks than manual scheduling
Positive impact: improved output. We have seen an increase in traffic, page views, and more digital subscriptions and email sign-ups since we started using Echobox
