Primary solution (Desk and Room Booking) includes 25 user licenses. Additional user licenses and add-ons are available for purchase. Add-ons: Visitor Management, Advanced Analytics, Priority Support, and Advanced Authentication and Security Integrations.
Envoy blows LobbyConnect (Teem) out of the water. We had many issues with LobbyConnect including the fact that Slack notifications were flaky at best, and there was no way to prevent repeat visitors from having to sign the NDA again.
In terms of meeting room booking platforms, I compare Robin to Condeco, which I used previously. Condeco (at the time at least) ran on proprietary hardware, which was a nightmare to manage compared to the ease of use with Robin running on iPads. iPads are easily swapped out and …
While all of these do essentially the same thing, Robin stands out in its simplicity. The main display has a colored overlay that informs users of the room status, whereas, with a system like Teem, this can be overlooked depending on the chosen theme.
Envoy Visitors would suit most office buildings and locations. It will easily cater to small, medium, and large enterprises. It is multi-faceted and very flexible to cope with any amount of people's data and is excellent for any companies wishing to capture the numbers of people entering and leaving their buildings. Its reporting capabilities are especially useful for operational and maintenance management.
There is an option in our office to use a tablet outside of a meeting room to book a room (which is red when booked, green when not), and not sure if this is a Robin integration, but it would be great if there was a yellow for when there is 5 minutes left of a meeting. That being said, while this is super helpful, I see coworkers running around the office looking for a "green" room; and recommend they just use the Robin web app to avoid all the running around since they can view and book almost instantly!
The integration to GSuite calendars is fantastic. Very simple and straightforward.
The ability to customize the interface a very nice feature to have in Robin, as it offers you to allow the UI to reflect the vibe/brand of your company, and not force its own brand on you.
Easy to Setup. Organizations benefit from a simple onboarding procedure. Feature richness. Provides guest pre-registration, badge printing, and security warnings. Customizability Options for customizing the experience include branding, processes, and compliance needs. Integrations. Compatible with other technologies such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and access control systems. I like it lot.
Robin's UI is very well designed and modern which makes it a pleasure to use. Personally this a big factor for me enjoying a product and so I'm always happy to use Robin - moreover as a relatively new user the UI was quite quick to pick-up, whether that be using the online system or the Display app for rooms around the office.
The system is very easy to use and intuitive so did not need to contact support on any occasion. Even when there was a major overhaul to the user interface, the reference and help docs assisted with finding features and functions. Overall due to the lack of needing to actually contact a support representative has given this application a high overall support score.
Envoy support has always been a joy to work it, whether you're going through the dashboard chat, or through your rep. I feel that they always have your success as their priority and it makes me confident that they'd be able to help overcome any obstacles.
I would imagine that Envoy has a very user-friendly and streamlined process for the visitor registration office. After the pandemic, solutions like this weren’t really in place. Now that the hybrid workforce is something of the foreseeable future, we were able to onboard with Envoy very quickly and it has cemented itself as an application of usage within our stack.
I haven't used any software like Robin. Other places I worked required an archaic way of doing things...like using pen and paper and a calendar book. Robin is sooo much better. I don't know how large companies make do reserving spaces without it. I would recommend Robin to anyone.
Because we are a non-profit, every visitor has the potential of being a donor or volunteer. Before we had this system we didn't have an easy way to follow-up or even capture information.
We create technology that helps the homeless communities, with that people have an expectation that we are up to date on technology. Envoy looks and feels like us.
