It is extremely helpful in deciding if we want to roll out a new peoduct or service to our current customers. We are able to get feedback that helps guide decisions so we can keep our customers happy.

I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.

It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

• I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
• The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

eSurveysPro.com was something I had heard about from a coworker and we decided to talk to marketing about implementation. Everyone was impressed and eSurveysPro.com has just been great to do business with.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.

• We have been able to have a pulse on what our customers need so we can keep them from leaving us for competition.
