Jotform

Despite the things that could make Jotform even better, like the ability for respondents to access submission at a later date to update forms before the submission deadline, the features that are offered make this a really good product. It is easy to use to create and share forms, submit and analyze the data. The are many form options to choose from to get started or give ideas for a new creation. It's powerful!

Jotform

  • With JotForm we can collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and much more and integrate that information into another CRM application.
  • I really love the auto-response forms that are generated after customers have submitted a form. The auto-response form allows us to upsell our customers on more valuable services. The original form allowed clients to receive a free e-book and the auto-response form sold clients on our paid membership to our private social media group.
  • We use the forms to get clients into our monthly paid newsletter subscription.

  • I wish we knew a way to use it for prospective customers
  • Our company should utilize it on missed sales instead of only current customers
  • I wouldn’t change anything about the service itself, just how we utilize it

  • I would love for Jotform to offer an a la carte for some of the products like maybe we pay for more form views and submissions but not all the other stuff.
  • Flexibility in css.
  • More options in the name field, maybe I want the last name first or for it to be a full one entry box.
  • A phone number entry field.

It is very user-friendly and intuitive. The interface is very simple and straightforward. The elements are easily accessible even without having any prior knowledge of the interface. The customer support is incredibly awesome. They respond to you within 24-48hrs tops. They also provide a list of questions and answers that have already been asked.

Their support is truly awful and negligent [in my opinion]. It's rare for me to get so mad as to write a review about it but given what we do, I think it's necessary to document it. We work in mental health and having client data [transmitted] through the API correctly can be a matter of life and death for someone in crisis. We have had repeated issues with this in JotForm and reset the integration multiple times and yet it continues. [In my experience] tags don't transmit, complete contacts are absent, or parts of data [are] missing despite being mapped. [Again, per my experience] their support will initially respond and then you hear nothing. It's been a huge issue and we are leaving them as a result. [I feel] it's truly infuriating and negligent.

Jotform

JotForm is superior compared to Google Forms in most aspects. However, the lack of collaboration in the free version makes it less attractive if managing several forms. But the form functionality and features makes up for this. JotForm is clean in layout, and provides a user experience like nonother. Highly recommended.

  • We have been able to have a pulse on what our customers need so we can keep them from leaving us for competition.
  • We have been able to not waste time on projects our customers are not interested in.
  • It has changed our process on how we create. We talk to the customer more before we really hit the drawing board, saving time and money.

Jotform

  • After implementing JotForm, I was able to work remotely, which helped a lot during the pandemic and during extended holidays for medical reasons.
  • The price is quite high, but it is a fairly stable platform. We do feel it in the budget, but it has great advantages.
  • The team has access to the info from different terminals, which helps communication between the office and the shop.
