Factors.Ai is a must-have tool for every marketing department because it reports important KPI's and it gives insights on which marketing campaigns are working well and sending traffic and leads and which ones are not performing, this information allows us to make the right decisions when it comes to turning off specific campaigns or scaling them.

If you’re in a B2B space and want to identify companies visiting your site, Lead Forensics is ideal. It helps us spot potential leads that might not fill out a form but are clearly interested in our services. For targeting a large number of individual consumers rather than businesses, Lead Forensics may not be as effective since it focuses more on identifying companies than individual consumers.

  • The menu could be improved, maybe by giving the chance of a "basic" and an "expert" menu.
  • The instructions are good and exhaustive but they might be improved.
  • The most difficult part of Lead Forensics is how some colleagues will use it and - should they not understand - they won't. There should be a way to interest even the less technological colleagues that this tool is for their best.

It has a clean interface and that in of itself makes it a very usable and effective tool.With small teams, knowing we can all gather around a teams call to do some analyses with the Lead Forensics account manager is always a good exercise that stimulates our thinking and ideas about what other activities we should try to get the best results.

[Their] support is great, [whether] you call or send in an email. They are always friendly and willing to help. Anytime I can’t figure something out and need to reach out, I always get a response back quick[ly] - and they will always offer to go in and make the change, but I like when they show me so I can do it next time.

Lead Forensics is the best as far as I can tell, but choices that are a fraction of the cost come pretty close. Some places like ThomasNet even throw this functionality in for free now. I guess it's a question of if you view this type of intelligence as a luxury or essential.

  • We have generated sales from the information Lead Forensics has provided, even winning business in competitive situations as we were able to get to them at the right time (within hours of visiting our site)
  • We have seen the value even when we have missed the sale - for example, we received data from Lead Forensics that someone had spent some time on our site, sales didn't engage them quickly enough, and when they did a few days later, they had already bought from a competitor
