Likelihood to Recommend Gong is good for recording meetings for recall, verification, and tracking purposes. It is also good for training purposes - by viewing the recordings of my colleagues, I can learn how they are conducting the meetings. This will allow new employees to learn skills quickly and efficiently and get up to speed faster. One area of improvement is the user interface, which looks kind of dated. Another area is when I try to search for a specific call, I often don't get the desired result, and I find myself having to dig around more than I feel is necessary.
Read full review I think Lead Liaison could work well for new companies without an existing tech stack as you can also use it as your CRM. For a more mature company, especially one with multiple existing platform, I do not think it is worth switching, as all of the features will likely seem inferior to alternative specialist tools, many of which are cheaper, better supported and better integrated

The insight we get from the form's (GPS) data is nice as we do not have to mandate fields anymore. The ability to pass thru a lot of data on the back end works for our process. The internal receiver (customer service or sales reps) of the form data knows exactly what campaign the lead came from, what clinical specialty is tied to the prospect and what product is of interest. Read full review Usability It's a very intelligent software, helping me in my daily work and, in fact, making it easier. I haven't come across any aspect of Gong that isn't doing what it is supposed to do. The software can listen to a call between humans, create a transcript, and tell me the result of the call!?! This is already too good! I can't wait to see what else Gong can accomplish.
Read full review One item you did not ask, but should be in around customer support. They do a great job of working with you, training and ongoing questions. Lead Liaison is always available and easy to get answers. The dashboards are great to gain business trends. The social media management is easy and a great way to ensure content is being tracked. The ability to gain tracking code for additional tactics. Our team enjoys the easy access and useability. We work with our clients to make sure they have a tool that we can use to scale for their needs. Read full review Alternatives Considered Zoom has great integrations and summary tools. There is less insight at the company level, whereas Gong is built to give insight across the customer journey. Zoom pushes to Hubspot nicely, but Hubspot doesn't have the capabilities to organize this data at the company level in the way that Gong does. You can piece together the call recording features, but you can't replace the level of insight that Gong offers at the company level by leveraging call data
