HubSpot
It works well: 1. Small to medium scale startup; Growing list of leads (1000s) and deals (100s) 2. If your team has a lot of sales and support members and related work, HubSpot CRM helps in bringing a lot of visibility. 3. Want a CRM that is easy to setup (maybe hours to days). It MIGHT not work if: 1. For very custom reporting 2. Team needs a lot of heavy mobile access; say you have a door-to-door or road ops team. 3. A very big and operational heavy organization.

Salesflare
In my opinion, Salesflare is an excellent CRM for small businesses. It includes everything a small business needs to manage leads, deals, and contacts in one convenient location. When a client needs more information or something done, I can quickly record it in their account—perfect for B2B SaaS and small businesses selling B2B in general.

Pros
HubSpot
  • The ability to create marketing campaigns and have control over when to stop and when to send the next according to your cadence design is excellent. However the ability to see the performance and the history for each prospect is so simple and so accessible - I kicked myself for not getting it sooner.
  • Having one place to create companies and contacts as well as score leads and track all contract products means we don't have to miss any renewals.
  • The Deal tracker gives us the ability to track multiple pipelines as well as team and individual metrics like average sale, percentage of goal, contribution to team effort which when mixed with an activity tracker means the team stays lean and mean to crush all goals.
  • The real time chat feature means prospects can navigate to our landing page for info about us, levels of product availability, pricing and begin a quick chat with members of the sales and support team.
  • Intel features along with lead scoring, SEO integration, podcasts and white papers all combine to be the most comprehensive CRM you could need.

Cons
HubSpot
  • At times, it feels like there are too many options, which can be overwhelming when trying to grasp all that it has to offer fully.
  • The reporting features are lacking. It can be challenging to pull and export reports to share with users who are not on Hubspot.
  • It appears to have more issues with Windows; it consistently logs out and requires re-login to the CRM and the HubSpot Outlook add-on.

Salesflare
  • It works wonderfully as a CRM for freelancers, consultants and small teams but feels like it would become more difficult to integrate with larger teams
  • Sometimes have issues with email syncing with missing emails or having to reconnect my email to Salesflare
  • Emails are sent from the app using their own servers, I would prefer to send via my own email system (Gsuite) for better delivery

To be honest there are some barriers due to which we are unable to use Hubspot at it's full potentials. The region that we work in has some restrictions that don't allow us to make calls or text which leaves us to just Email to the client.

Usability
HubSpot
Once you are set up with HubSpot CRM, it becomes difficult to use any other tool, as it integrates you into the workflow and makes it a habit to log in to HubSpot to identify tasks for the day. The overall ease of use is also a brilliant factor in using HubSpot. They push you towards deal closure and revenue generation.

The pipeline, which is the core of the platform, is very clear and full of features. On top of that Salesflare added automations, integrations, plugins and emails. You can easily get your leads there from any platform and nurture your leads until you get the deal done. I think any business can benefit from using this sales CRM.

Support Rating
HubSpot
Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

Hit them on Chat support, and you are gonna get a response within a few minutes (if not in a few hours, during weekends) But they are gonna keep following with you till they make sure that your query has been resolved. Keep it up!

If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate

Attio is much more customizable, i really liked it for the sales pipeline visualizations and the automated report builders. I prefer that over HubSpot CRMs solution. HubSpot CRM is better for contact records and company record management, and I prefer the marketing email automation solution vs Attio, with the caveat that I haven't used the Attio solution in depth.

Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any slight lag or load times with Salesflare. Lightning can sometimes hang depending on your browser etc.

HubSpot
  • Tradeshow Lists and being able to create lists for our sales team to reach out.
  • Email Campaigns about new products and having CTA links for people to click which turn into purchase orders.
  • Creating Events and sending out invites for the events and those have turned into leads and business!

  • As a start up, Salesflare was perfect for me. It was easy to get up and running; easy for me to import my contacts, and easy to earn the features.
  • I like the price point - lots of features for a reasonable price.
