Likelihood to Recommend If you have a skilled IT support team (whether in-house or outsourced) that is familiar with Kaseya's applications and has a good relationship with the vendor, it may be a good fit. It "checks the box" for 2FA, but there are much simpler solutions out there today that can get the same job done with less complexity and, in many cases, at a lower cost.
Read full review The reason I selected 7/10 is because I don't have any experience using other systems similar to Zoho Vault. It works fine for us, but I also have experience with Zoho Recruit, and based on that experience, I know that there are better choices out there. I would encourage anyone I was recommending this product to, to also research similar products.

Read full review Zoho Vault integrates into your browser with an add-in, which makes it easy to access websites that need authentication. Zoho Vault enables you to create users and groups, and share authentication details either at a group level or at a user level. Zoho Vault gives you the capability of defining the level of access a user or group has to the authentication - read-only or read/write. This is one of the most unique features that I have come across any online password managers. Zoho Vault allows you to download and store an offline encrypted copy of your authentication details for the time when the internet is restricted. Read full review Cons Does not offer faster login for trusted devices. App requires multiple clicks to get to security code. App is slow to load. App was difficult to install and pair and confirm as a trusted device. That process took over 30 minutes. Read full review The user interface can be confusing at times. You can wind up in a different category very easily. Maybe a notification for duplicate entries would help manage passwords a lot better. Read full review I selected 8/10 because while I don't have any experience using other products similar to Zoho Vault, I do believe it is easy to use and maintain. We do not have any problems using this product and have never needed to contact customer support.
Read full review Support Rating They are very helpful with helping us with any issues. There are a lot of helpful guides online if you get lost. Kaseya is also good about not bugging you with notifications. Kaseya offers easy to access to support options. Overall I have not had to contact them over a lot of issues. The software rarely broke or was down for maintenance.

Read full review Alternatives Considered I selected Passly at first as it would allow for a single sign on with azure to
Kaseya VSA . Kaseya has made access to different products very different. VSA does not have single sign on with Azure where as Vorex/BMS does. This is a feature that Kaseya should make unified accross all applications.

Read full review Return on Investment Kaseya has allowed us to be more secure. It's allowed us to link multiple 2FA devices to one account. It's provided us with basic logging.
