Zoho Vault

The Zoho Corporation offers Zoho Vault, their password management application for teams supporting credential-free convenient login and safe access share between members of a team.
If you have a skilled IT support team (whether in-house or outsourced) that is familiar with Kaseya's applications and has a good relationship with the vendor, it may be a good fit. It "checks the box" for 2FA, but there are much simpler solutions out there today that can get the same job done with less complexity and, in many cases, at a lower cost.

As I have many profiles and use many Email addresses for work, I need to keep them secure, so ZoHo is the best tool for me, where I can easily access my IDs and passwords and share them with my teammates. Before 3-4 months, I forgot my Master Password. At that time, I faced some issues with the login, but no worries, as it's my fault, but we can say that Zoho provides good security.

Simple User interface makes it easy for the users and No training required.
Password sharing capabilities helps a lot
I can generate the new password directly from Zoho Vault which removes my headache of creating a strong password by using capital & small and special characters

They recently changed the look/feel as an upgraded experience, but my team prefers the old look.
The ability to share "chambers" (organized buckets of logins) should be a feature. Right now, we can create chambers, but not share them with other users. So everyone has to create their own chambers.
I would appreciate the ability to have automated reminders from the system to update passwords or to change after a designated amount of time.

This rating is given based on: Ease in Importing and accessing passwords and credentials. It is more reliable whether it is browser or mobile. Autofill feature in Zoho Vault is quite helpful. Also provides two factor authentication with the feature of storing master password. We get an option to login to Zoho Vault via Authenticator or master password whichever is easy and convenient.
They are very helpful with helping us with any issues. There are a lot of helpful guides online if you get lost. Kaseya is also good about not bugging you with notifications. Kaseya offers easy to access to support options. Overall I have not had to contact them over a lot of issues. The software rarely broke or was down for maintenance.

Never really needed to use the customer support of Zoho Vault, but all other Zoho services have excellent support and excellent forums to participate in, and I don't assume Zoho Vault would have anything less

I selected Passly at first as it would allow for a single sign on with azure to Kaseya VSA. Kaseya has made access to different products very different. VSA does not have single sign on with Azure where as Vorex/BMS does. This is a feature that Kaseya should make unified accross all applications.

IT Glue combined all our needs as an MSP. Vault was great until we got out of using Zoho Help Desk. We were able to monitor server information and client documentation better with IT Glue. Vault is easy to use, but in the end wasn't what we needed. Vault is a great program, but if you're looking to have a much more detailed password documentation system then I'd suggest looking for something similar to IT Glue where everything is combined together. Vault is great for passwords and passwords only.
