Likelihood to Recommend It is very nice to check the phases of the project proposal and can give us an idea of which project is the priority and what client is the most valuable. Give BD team a direction to talk to the client with the potential client. It is less appropriate when it comes to project management [to include] tracking times.
Read full review Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.

They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.
Read full review Usability There are a lot of buttons where you think “hmm, what does this do?” (Because, in my opinion, the labeling/copy choice is often terrible). Then you press them and they either do nothing, or do something counterintuitive I found. In my experience, For example, to upload a list, you have to find the somewhat hidden option in a side bar, instead of pressing the Add button. Reporting usually involves downloading multiple reports and patching them together in Excel.

Read full review I looked closely at Infusionsoft. While the nurturing/decision tree tool of Infusionsoft was far more sophisticated, the many negative reviews of Infusionsoft lead me to look elsewhere. Leadsquared had very positive reviews and aggressive pricing. It has less features, but the features they have were the ones I wanted to focus on.
