Overall Satisfaction with Insightly Marketing

We use Insightly to manage all the client information, relationship, and track proposal phases. We use it mostly in the client representative and project management team. It helps us to manage our proposals.

Pros

  • Custom workflows
  • Easy to search and find
  • Good interface

Cons

  • Sometimes have to group things manually.
  • Should have some auto sync option.
  • Clean and clear proposal management
  • Improved the efficiency
  • Give BD team directions
Easy to check the phases and notes while EP is more for the project [management].

It is very nice to check the phases of the project proposal and can give us an idea of which project is the priority and what client is the most valuable. Give BD team a direction to talk to the client with the potential client. It is less appropriate when it comes to project management [to include] tracking times.
