Insightly is purposely used by the marketing department to manage the customer lifecycle. It is being used to nurture customer relationships and manage all sales activities.
Marketing teams use the platform's capabilities to manage projects that are necessary in delivering customer orders. Leads are organized fast when they enter the system and are assigned to sales reps immediately.

  • List segmentation and mass emailing
  • Users with no experience of a CRM software will experience a steep learning curve
Insightly basically offers sales features and in addition it also supports marketing. The platform does a great job of equipping the sales team with the necessary tools that help them discover new leads, convert them into deals and focus on keeping them loyal. Businesses should use this platform to automate administrative sales tasks and give the sales teams enough space and time to contact leads while they're hot.

Insightly Marketing is used by our organization for lead qualification and segmentation. It is also used for making the landing page, web forms for our clients as well as company campaigns. It is also helping to optimization of retaining customers. It helps to generate analytic reports of sales and marketing. It also generates reports of return on investment and with the help of that, we can analyze the whole marketing campaign.

I recommend using Insightly Marketing for those peoples who are working with marketing campaign testing for their website or for clients. It is a very good platform to make and test different sales campaigns via the A/B testing feature. It also provides analytics and reports on sales and returns on investment. If you want to nurture lead then you can do it inside Insightly Marketing itself. It is less appropriate If you are looking for Social Marketing in Insightly Marketing platform. for Social Marketing you have to use another platform.

Insightly Marketing is software that we have found as a comprehensive tool having features to make marketing and sales effective. It has helped us in social marketing. Also, we can now manage the budget and proposals using it. Budgeting, using Insightly has taken another level and it shows precise information that is useful for us. I must emphasize the ease of use and the dynamic interface it has, are worth enough to appreciate. It is a highly powerful tool for reporting too. It has totally modified the way of working in our sales department and has proved as a magical tool.
  • With its contact management feature, we are able to keep a record of sales and also a record of customer profiling.
  • It helped us in managing our sales and customer service, and it has all the sales-related solutions.
  • It has all the essential tools for marketing and sales service automation.
  • It has made us capable of managing massive functions that are related to our sales business within a single platform.
  • Insightly Marketing is an absolute tool for managing all the sales and marketing-related tasks but I don’t like its price.
  • We have witnessed functioning issues in it which makes it a lot slower and thus disturbs its normal working.
  • Dashboard and reporting option needs more improvement.
Insightly Marketing is an incredible tool to manage sales and marketing campaigns and helps in strengthening the product with the customers for sales automation. Its contact management feature is very helpful in keeping customer profiling and also helps in customer management. Customer service automation has become efficient by using its various tools. Only sometimes there appear problems which badly affect its normal functioning. Apart from that, I think it is perfect software and works as a business automation tool for our company.

We use Insightly to manage all the client information, relationship, and track proposal phases. We use it mostly in the client representative and project management team. It helps us to manage our proposals.
  • Custom workflows
  • Easy to search and find
  • Good interface
  • Sometimes have to group things manually.
  • Should have some auto sync option.
It is very nice to check the phases of the project proposal and can give us an idea of which project is the priority and what client is the most valuable. Give BD team a direction to talk to the client with the potential client. It is less appropriate when it comes to project management [to include] tracking times.

Insightly works wonderfully for teams who need to share customer data easily and also share and track information. It's great for sales teams as it allows information to flow between multiple team members. Insightly allows you to just scratch the surface by acting as a CRM database, or you can go more in depth and track leads, opportunities, projects, and more. It is also well suited for individuals who have a large customer base and just need to keep track of customer data in an organized fashion.

To grow business faster [it] is [the] best, it provides the best relationship with customers also and our data [is] very safe, so we can easily focus on taking care of the needs of our customers. It gives best ideas of design and testing tools; they have advanced analytics and reporting which will track our [campaign] and having CRM that meets specific needs and through this CRM we can deliver our product on time. The customer will be happy and have good trust between us, and on delivery times all access they provide on their application which work in mobile. Also, which is so good we can track all the way on road and with the CRM we can tailor the standard sales process of contact, lead and also opportunity management and its best for the business.

  • And keep our data very much secure and safely so we don't have to worry or [have to] take care of it.

They are good for management between customer and seller whatever needs are there they understand easily and whatever requirements are there they fulfilled on time which [is] very good for every business men, I think, and giving best response is very likely point for me. [What] make them different is for there CRM software which is so much good and very useful. That's all otherwise, some waiting, because they are world wide, but it's not big issue.
