I selected Larksuite simply because even you don't have laptop or desktop you can simply install this app through google or apple store and you just need to log in using your working email. You will now access and use every feature on this app. You can also watch and play videos.
Yeah, so we've utilized a few different evaluations of products. Most of them are website or WordPress base, intranet, hidden backend applications. It's just because all the data we have already and we have multiple experience clouds, it allows us to leverage SSO or single …
It's one of its kind because other products are worked as an internal user, so whosoever whatsoever product you're using the experience cloud work with any of the other product as well is just external view will provide an external view with any of your product, whether you're …
As our business heavily relies on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, we need a CMS that works natively with our existing Salesforce Data. Other platforms would require third-party connectors or custom API development, making integration more complex and expensive. …
Pulls data from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to dynamically update content, we didn't want to use too many 3rd party tools that would expose our busines to threats
I used to use WebWave at my previous firm and felt like it was more for website creation rather than content sharing internally. I was also in a different role so I meant my needs at my last firm. My focus has changed and now Salesforce CMS is the best product for my team to …
I love that this is available to compete with Adobe and stay afloat. It's a fantastic tool and product. What sets it apart is the ease of use and the collaborating factor using it within Salesforce. It has kept our organization functioning smoothly and we get a lot more done …
Even just a single administrator can be enough to address the needs of the end users with Salesforce CMS. It provides extensive support for customer service and marketing processes. Salesforce CMS creates highly personalized customer journeys across all communication channels …
I have used Oracle Fusion and it was super slow if compared to Salesforce. The loading time was longer and information was not organized in a simple way like Salesforce. Even though I haven't participated in the decision process of subscribing to Salesforce, as an employee I …
This product is a little bit cleaner and easier to use. It has a better user interface and is more fun. I really like how it operates. It is more approachable for new users and offices that are just breaking into some of these things. I think it works really well in that …
Salesforce Experience Cloud was selected due to its tight integration with our existing Salesforce CRM platform. Customization of the portal was much, much simpler compared to Sharepoint - especially with role-based security parameters that are ultimately inherited based on …
Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Community Cloud) is better when you are using Salesforce for applications. Drupal is a solid open-source web content management system for internal and external websites, but if you are using Salesforce for services or case …
Salesforce CMS is directly integrated with Salesforce CRM. As part of Salesforce Suite, all the activities of Salesforce CMS are integrated and organized with the information stored on Salesforce CRM, reflecting in a very simple and user-friendly usage of the tool. For this …
Salesforce CMS beats the competition due to UI, user friendliness, support, and ease of use as well as deployment. The entire system and process is simple to understand, has many different places for you to store key information, and is easily implemented at your company. …
We are currently using Vanilla to manage our community (including our knowledge base & ideas), but will be moving to [Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Community Cloud)] within the quarter. We decided to move forward with Experience Cloud because it integrates so …
Does not have direct access to the Salesforce data, must integrate and maintatin that integration which is costly. Just having a single source login is valuable.
I have used Datatel/Colleague/Recruiter before. There were issues because only one person at the institution was able to have the student's record open at a time. This was problematic when collaboration between departments was necessary especially in the case of admissions, …
Salesforce has a wide variety of services and its user interface was easy to understand and use. Our teams [thought] Salesforce to be better. When we were comparing the features as per our Marketing and Branding teams needs and uses, Salesforce came out on the top.
The Microsoft solutions were used previously, and were probably easier to use since they integrate with windows desktops so well. However, Salesforce is more integrated with mobile and the cloud platform, therefore it is inherently client device agnostic, which is ultimately …
After evaluating others on the market, we found that Salesforce Community Cloud comes with many more features than it competitors. Also Salesforce Community Cloud is way more user-friendly than others. And above all, we were looking for faster sales support in which Salesforce …
We briefly used Hootsuite with another client. From day one, there were issues, from logging in to trying to compile data. We very quickly switched from that to Sprinklr.
First, we had a social studio which was good in terms of functionalities but slow. After that, we had the chance to use Talkwalker & social bakers which were good tools yet not enough compares to Sprinklr
The tool is the best compared to the competition. It has advanced features. It is more difficult to master the operation, but in the long run, it is beneficial.
Many tools are the same, but the one where I noticed the biggest difference was between brandwatch and Sprinklr when it comes to social listening. Brand watch has a good and more affordable social listening platform, but it is not as easy to use and requires the client to code …
We also use Meltwater in our BU, and the good thing about Sprinklr is that you can actually compare your data numbers with the key word searches. Meltwater is limited in that it doesn't offer a wide range of services. Although the graphs and some other analysis functions on …
These tools were good to manage social interaction when you just have one or maybe two social media managers who take care of anything. When it comes to teams, there was not a good way to manage bigger amounts of requests and to have an overview of who does what. So you waste …
Easy to use/user-friendly is the first benefit that comes to mind. It's very intuitive and doesn't require any training to get up and running and to start seeing the benefits.
The social listening and benchmarking dashboards of Sprinklr Modern Research have been a huge game changer for our department. They allow us to gauge the competitive landscape and monitor any trending topics in a particular space which allows us to realign our priorities for …
We previously used Sparkcentral for our social media care. While we were very happy with the team there, the product had not evolved as much as Sprinklr and we found it to be lacking in its ability to handle different languages, route certain types of conversations with higher …
I've never used any Sprinklr Modern Care alternatives, but when it comes to communicating directly with customers, I much prefer using Sprinklr Modern Care over contact form and email interaction.
Prior to Sprinklr Modern Care, we used vBulletin and a custom repository to address the community needs of our customers. Keeping the experience user friendly was a key point on our needs list and our custom solutions and vBulletin forums were only positive experiences for our …
Evaluated and considered tools like uservoice, Lithium, Jive, and SuggestionBox. Ultimately, being able to quickly provision the system and test drive things in real-world situations really influenced the decision.

We really liked the way that the Sprinklr Modern Care technology worked. It was really simple, easy for customers. Ultimately the technologies are not that different. The bigger reason is that we really appreciated the team at Sprinklr Modern Care.
• We use a tool called HelpSpot for email ticketing. They have a knowledge base for FAQs but no forum / community platform. Their technology not nearly as good
• We looked at a number of tools that did either FAQ or feedback or community, but none except Sprinklr Modern Care …

Workforce Optimization (WFO)
Comparison of Workforce Optimization (WFO) features of Product A and Product B
Since I work from home, Larksuite is quite helpful to me because we need a way to communicate even when we are working from home. I'm glad that Larksuite is available to us because we constantly need assistance from our supervisor and quality assurance staff. You can also let others know you won't be available at that time by using interface like "Do not disturb," "In Meeting," or "Taking a Break" in Larksuite. Larksuite's ability to let us attach crucial files, pin crucial communications, and build calendars for scheduled meetings and events is by far its most interesting feature. Larksuite can be used in meetings. I remember when we first started using Larksuite Video Meetings for our discussions, I was astounded to see an interface that allowed you to view on your own the file the speaker had provided. I believe that using Larksuite for our video conference makes things more simpler because everything you need is already there.
HR and Employee Self-Service Portals: Organizations using Salesforce Experience Cloud can leverage Salesforce CMS to create centralized knowledge hubs for HR policies, onboarding resources, and internal communications. Employees can access up-to-date content without IT involvement, improving efficiency and reducing HR’s administrative burden. Multi-Channel Content Distribution: Businesses needing to push content across different touchpoints (web, mobile, email, and customer portals) benefit from Salesforce CMS’s ability to deliver consistent messaging seamlessly. A sales enablement team can publish case studies and product updates on a customer portal while simultaneously integrating content into marketing emails. Personalized & Dynamic Content: Companies using Salesforce CRM can leverage Salesforce CMS to deliver AI-driven, tailored content based on user behavior, preferences, or past interactions. For example, a recruiting team can show custom job recommendations based on a candidate’s past applications.
Sprinklr Service has always been well-suited for all of the work we do. As it's all social media content, and most require responses or escalations, Sprinklr Service covers all of that. The only time I think we wouldn't need it is if we were working with a much smaller client who didn't need us to have eyes on so many platforms at once.
Easy to use, just like Salesforce's other products. Many users can sit down and figure it out in no time, and with a little training become power users.
Fast and secure - Salesforce is a leader in the cloud world so you get consistently fast results and security that is top notch in the industry.
Accessible from anywhere - if you use cloud CMS already this is a no-brainer, but for those that do in-house CMS still, this is a major difference. Mobile access from anywhere on the planet without a VPN is something you just can't do without the cloud.
Transparency—Sprinklr Modern Care allows us to engage with our customers openly and honestly. Even frustrated or angry customer posts offer an avenue for us to display our business integrity and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Moderation—Being able to moderate and organize our community so easily by merging topics into one canonical thread or archiving out of date threads helps to keep our search results relevant and improves the chances that our visitors find the help they need easily.
Company Visibility—The ability to easily alert any company employee of topics that might be interesting to them helps to improve the overall visibility of our customers. It also makes it easier to spot trends and encourage quick action if many people comment on one topic with the same problem.
The documentation for implementing Experience Cloud can be a bit confusing as their rebranding hasn't made it's way into all articles, resulting in different terminology being used to refer to the same thing
Some things are not as intuitive regarding their customizability, so there's a bit of a learning curve (i.e. Lightning apps can't be used to customize layouts in Experience Cloud)
I find it difficult to dive into analytics for each social post. The reporting tool gives me an overview of the channels but I would love to look at a breakdown of each post performance.
You currently can't add closed caption subtitles to videos uploaded through Sprinklr so this results in having to revert to the native platform.
I would love to be able to set up a newsfeed that includes posts from a number of our partner accounts, so I can keep up to date with what they're posting.
The initial use of the product started out as a 90 day test to see if we could engage customers at a higher level using Sprinklr Modern Care. After a year the use of Sprinklr Modern Caren has now been extended to multiple products.
I rate this perfect simply because we use this everyday and this is very helpful. Without this tool I can't imagine how we can communicate to each other and how we can resolve every concern/issue that we cater everyday on our job. This is the tool we use to communicate and endorse specific concern.
It's very easy to train users on this, even external facing customers. Our users were already familiar with Salesforce user interface since we use the platform for other reasons. We built custom Visualforce pages with a simple, clean layout so we didn't need to train customers. That's ultimately the goal for external facing stuff, that we don't need to train them; they just "get it."
It's a very easy program to learn and use. I have trained over 50 people on it over the years, and not once has anyone had trouble using it. It's very user-friendly and covers all the bases that social media moderation requires.
No issues with system availability. They manage updates in off-peak hours and I usually don't notice the changes until I log into the system the next day.
Again, since we provide and recommend solutions, I can't speak to every client's individual experience, but can offer general reflections as to keep their collaborations private, that they are satisfied with the experience. We hear a lot about how this system helps to encourage collaborations between their own business partners, customers, and internal members, and enables quality integrations with other products that help drive revenue.
Performance is great and is not negatively effecting our processes. We have to make sure it doesn't effect out load times. Not currently seeing any issues with widgets affecting page load times.
Although support from Salesforce itself can be quite unresponsive sometimes, the community hub is incredibly helpful. The large user base of Salesforce products contribute to troubleshooting and the forums are a powerful tool for finding solutions and possible bugs and response times can be quite fast compared to your regular support channels.
I know the Sprinklr conference calls have been helpful, but sometimes submitting a ticket can be a little daunting. In the past, we've included information in screenshots that are then asked for by a member of the support staff. The turnaround time has been between 3 days, which isn't horrible.
Basic setup took me less than 30 minutes. This includes initial configuration, putting in the initial content, and getting the look-and-feel customized. The domain routing took the normal lag time any other website or blogging service. The really important thing was to get the user accounts setup and begin seeding the system with content before a public launch.
It's just because all the data we have already and we have multiple experience clouds, it allows us to leverage SSO or single sign-on approach across of our experience cloud. So it's less because all one platform, it's less complex for the end user and less confusing.
We previously used Sparkcentral for our social media care. While we were very happy with the team there, the product had not evolved as much as Sprinklr and we found it to be lacking in its ability to handle different languages, route certain types of conversations with higher priority or to certain teams / agents. It also did not have as robust a reporting structure as Sprinklr does
Increased employee efficiency: Having a clear, one-stop "shop" where users can leave feedback, ask questions, and find bug fixes or workarounds has saved me (and other community managers at my company) loads of time that was once spent responding to numerous emails on an individual basis.
Better customer service: Since everyone in the company is alerted of what's being written on our forum, it's easy to spot a high-priority issue, delegate to the person in charge, resolve it, and respond as soon as possible.
