Lead411 vs. LeadGenius

It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.

LeadGenius is great for any company that has very specific, niche leads they need to generate (like we do). If you have a broader audience, I would recommend using a simpler, cheaper platform that simply scrapes LInkedIn for some keywords you've entered. For us, we need specific titles from specific types of companies (i.e. software companies that could use an email API).

• Most importantly --- The DATA is accurate and the platform is straight-forward and simple to use. The native connection to our CRM environment "completes the requirement" from our standpoint. A "10 out of 10"...
• From my experiences and interactions, the culture of the organization is exceptionally focused on customer satisfaction! We've been more than pleased with EVERY SINGLE interaction with Lead411....they go out of their way to be of assistance. A "10 out of 10"...

• LeadGenius has gone out of their way to help us find leads for fairly obscure markets. LeadGenius combines AI with personal vetting to find hundreds and thousands of leads for us that other automated lead gen platforms that simply scrape LinkedIn or the web cannot find.
• If you need any custom work done for you outside of the platform, LeadGenius is willing to help with that where other platforms are not (with other lead gen platforms, either you use the system as-is despite it's shortcomings, or not at all).

• Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.

• The platform loads a little slowly and has little quirks. If you create a ton of segments, it can be hard to organize them. If you archive old ones you can't view them anymore (but Leadgenius has access on the backend and can send your data to you).

Very easy to use. It's not as robust as other software, but other software costs thousands. They are right at the target price, maybe a little high for newer businesses or small companies, but they deliver

ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.

Growlabs used too many generic search parameters and had too many system bugs - but they're early and I'm confident their product will get stronger.

• I've been able to receive some great contact info that has led to me booking new speakers.
• I've wasted a lot of time and credits on data that says it was verified and is not correct.
• It is very labor intensive to keep cost down.

• LeadGenius has been one of the main sources of leads for us over the past 6 months. There's a longer lead nurture cycle (since they're cold, outbound leads as opposed to inbound), but they do convert to customers for us.
