The system is $15 per user per month. No hidden costs or fees, or paying unused functionality. No long-term contracts. The first 30 days with the product are free, and the vendor won’t ask for payment information until that trial period ends.
I recommend Less Annoying CRM to anyone who doesn't have a CRM. It's very affordable and easy to get started with. If you're keeping track of your customers and the deals you're working on using spreadsheets or worse - just your memory - spend the small monthly fee and get Less Annoying CRM. You can be up and running very quickly, and track your customers and your deals in a super easy to use manner
This can be used for different industries, healthcare, IT, retail or any company with a customer service line, big or small. if i had to ask, i would say "Do you have any type of filing system that you use?" "anything where you are keeping track of personal/ business information." Do you need access to information on a day to day basis? If they do , then this can be used , especially if you need to keep track of the numbers; we like how we can see if are things going up or down.
Ease of moving calendar / action items around, closing out
Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!
The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
SWOT analysis --- currently we put this in as custom fields but they don't link up at all and are hard to read/navigate. We also use the custom fields for other information we want to capture. It would be nice to build those in so they can show the info as bullet points or something --- currently paragraph form and hard to find things at a glance.
Funnel could use some work. Only shows how many leads are currently in that part of the pipeline which doesn't give us a good historical comparison.
This is perfect for a small business / Home based business with SaaS. Nutshell constantly adds new features and the price is much better than more robust software like Salesforce.
In a nutshell, lesson on CRM is everything I didn’t even realize that I wanted. The website is so smooth and intuitive, using it in my mobile browser is unbelievably easy and efficient, and the fact that it’s so remarkably easy to use and the website loads so incredibly fast, that for those things alone deserves a 10. Everything else it does is just a bonus. I highly recommend Less Annoying CRM.
I've always gotten quick and to-the-point responses. Any problem I've had has been of my own making, yet customer support always helped me unsnarl my knotted messes. They've never been impatient or condescending about showing me how to correct my errors.
Nutshell's support team has always been great and they tend to go above and beyond. They are polite, friendly, personable and great listeners. They are also great about sending follow up emails too.
After explaining that I was moving from Salesforce and the problems I was encountering, they took over and implemented the data in such a quick and efficient way, I was looking for the other shoe to drop but they did an amazing job so very impressed
I did not like Salesforce because it was over engineered for what a sales person. The cells were too small to read easily when entering contacts. There were lots of irrelevant cells in the contact form. Required fields (I know this was our administrator) were excessive and not always having the information led our team to enter dummy info resulting in inaccurate reporting. Good customer service was not available with our package.
Well, my team had trials for these others and they all prefer Nutshell for different reasons. I prefer it as I need a user-friendly software to help me out as I am not a big tech guy. I have heard others in the office say things like they like the way activities are scheduled better, or the way nothing ever gets accidentally erased if they hard crash or power goes out.
Not just storage of information, but utilizing that information to build stronger relationships with clients
Because it's web-based, we can be at our desk or on the road and still have the full functionality of the CRM at our fingertips, which helps us keep focusing on sales!
Nutshell's mobility has provided significant ROI for me since we've started using the CRM. I've been able to provide immediate feedback to clients, schedule meetings from the field with confidence, and much more.
Nutshell's tagging features have helped us craft custom mailing/email lists. We struggled to do this in the past.
