We are currently in the process of planning our company wide retreat in which we need at least 69 people to book their flights. While with that many people traveling at once, I do suspect I'll get some questions and have to assist some folks however by using Lola.com, the time I would have spent prior will be cut drastically. And I'll be able to see who is taking what flight and obtain departure and arrival information without much interruption to anyone's day. Prior to Lola.com this task would have been something truly daunting, but not this time!

Rippling is an amazing company for anyone who needs a way to handle all a company's financial needs in one place. I, for one, do not know of a scenario in which Rippling would not benefit a company unless that company has its own financial department.

Payroll: it shows exactly what has changed for each individual from cycle to cycle, so I can easily flag any issues
Reviews: Very easy to set up and to customize, and able to set different due dates for different aspects of the review process (and set different forward facing and internal due dates)
Spend/Finance: Can't say enough about how nice it is to manage our credit cards, expenses, and reimbursements all from our HR platform. It's one of their newer offerings so there are improvements that could be made, but it's still a huge step up for us from how we were managing these, from both the admin side and employee user experience.

Visually-speaking, the overall layout and color scheme used within the site, specifically when it comes to placement and contrast of key text info, has led to some confusion at times

This is just my guess as I'm not involved in the decision aside from providing feedback on using Lola. I think, from what I've heard, that everyone likes Lola and we'll renew the usage. I say this because we're an all-remote company and this greatly solves the logistics of booking flights for everyone.

Lola is simple and straight to the point in regards to usability. I didn't have to figure things out and felt that the interface was intuitive. I loved it.

As I have said before, Rippling is incredibly user friendly, easy to navigate and quite simple. Features are labeled clearly and adequately which helps discovery and navigation to be quick and seamless. Error and loading screens always notify me of my location within the user journey which is reassuring as an avid user

Lola's customer support is fantastic. They have frequently contacted us when there are travel alerts, or anticipated flight cancellations to re-book us before it was too late. They are always helpful and pleasant and we have never had any issues.

Rippling has been super proactive in being a resource for us, and doing whatever possible to make our experience with their company easier. Among the best I've ever seen frankly. Their kindness radiates out of their emails, and their diligence, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are phenomenal. Whoever's running their customer service department deserves a raise.

Lola.com is much easier to use in terms of UX. Very little Admin and/or user training is needed to get up and running with Lola.com -- which increases our ability to quickly scale the solution. However, I would say that Concur is able to do more inside the travel arena with the addition of expense tracking.

Rippling is WAY better than Nexonia in almost every way. It's been a long time since I used Expensify, but Rippling has new features, such as a digital expense/per diem card, that Expensify did not have when I was using it.
They have made travel cheaper, so that is a direct reflection to our customers and to us.
Customer Service just makes the stress of travel on our employees not so bad. Knowing we have someone to stand behind us while we travel goes a long way
Accounting team is able to get month end done quicker due to Rippling Spend - thanks to the ease of use of the credit card and expense management function, employees are staying on top of their expenses and transactions are approved in a timely manner
Employees have noticed that the new product is better than our previous one, and voiced approval/thanks
The review process (being able to set different due dates for different aspects of process; ability to nominate peer reviews in system) is superior to our previous system and gives our reviews a more polished and less complicated feel
