Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

At Superdigital, a social-first creative agency, we use Rippling for a number of business matters. I'm a daily/weekly user on the strategy team that often checks Rippling for various needs such as spend management, time and benefits updates, team organization hierarchy, and other uses. I typically submit expense reports and check payroll from time to time.

Pros

  • Site navigation is simple
  • Home dashboard makes key tabs easy to find
  • Protects data with a dual authentication process

Cons

  • Too frequent notifications. Reminders don't need to be sent that often.
  • Make profile more customizable.
  • Could shift menu location for even greater ease of use.
While I did not have a hand in selecting Rippling as an integration product for the agency, I have used similar products like ADP and Workday and I find Rippling to be the most user friendly, intuitive, and simple. The security settings, time, benefit, and spend management living in on dashboard makes requests, expenses, and other needs to be easily met.
Internal reps at Superdigital, a social-first creative agency, as well as Rippling support team members are well-versed, kind, and supportive. Whenever I have any issues, which isn't often, they are there to guide me through with proper solutions that actually help in a timely manner. I have had nothing but a positive experience.

Do you think Rippling delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Rippling's feature set?

Yes

Did Rippling live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Rippling go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

As I have said before, Rippling is incredibly user friendly, easy to navigate and quite simple. Features are labeled clearly and adequately which helps discovery and navigation to be quick and seamless. Error and loading screens always notify me of my location within the user journey which is reassuring as an avid user.
I often use Rippling to submit expense reports. I enjoy the drag and drop feature that allows receipts to be uploaded quickly and easily. I also appreciate the warning signals when a field is not properly filled out as an indicator that more information is needed. I also appreciate how an email is sent to confirm the upload of said expense.
