MINDBODY vs Schedulicity

• MindBody does a great job of sending out reminder emails to clients so they do not miss a class.
• MindBody does a great job at giving instructors a fast and easy way to check in clients and to see who is all signed up for their classes for the week.
• MindBody has a great payroll feature. All you have to do is set the dates and it generates a nicely laid out PDF of all the classes you taught during that time period and what you have made from them.

• Some processes are not initially intuitive and take some training to learn.
• The price could be a little lower to help small business owners succeed.
• Some sort of alert when a client creates a profile and already has one.
• A way to view which clients haven't signed a waiver when logged into the staff computer.

• I would like the ability to search the schedules of all tutors for the next available opening.
• When scheduling a provider off for a day or if the provider is sick, I would like the program to ask me if I need to cancel all appointments for the provider and allow me to give a message to the client why it is being canceled.
• Office closed messages. - If I close the office for a week because of vacation, spring break, etc... I would like Schedulicity to cancel all the appointments on the specified dates and give me the option to send a message to my client's explaining why we are closed. Currently, I need to go into each individual provider and mark the days off and then go into each provider's schedule and cancel each appointment. It takes a long time to do this with 14 employees. It would be easier to indicate the business is closed, cancel all provider's appointments on those days, and then have an option to send a notification to clients indicating why the center is closed.

• Reminder e-mails have resulted in increased usage of our facility. We increased by 7% over the past year.
• Reminder e-mails have decreased the number of members we have because they get a monthly or weekly reminder that they paid or that they haven't been in for a workout. We decreased membership income by 3.5% over the last year.
• Staff--It is much harder to keep employees happy with software constantly changing but the flip side of that is that if something is wrong with the software, it may actually get fixed.

• Positive - Client text message reminder. Missed appointments have decreased to zero no shows.
• Positive - Informing clients of weekly openings via marketing emails.
• Positive - Employees are able to take days off and I can mark them accurately in the system.
• Positive - Personal Time feature. Allows me to track why an employee is out.
• Negative - Shutting the business for vacations because I have to spend hours going into each providers schedule and individual cancelling each appointment that has been made.
