Overall Satisfaction with MINDBODY

Scheduling, client accounts, billing, bookings, reporting, analytics, POS... Mindbody is supposed to be used for all business functions, including website, finance, customer retention, marketing, sales, emails, analytics, retail products, private and class schedules... It fails at ALL. Constant errors, unreliable data, missing information, incomplete records, terrible website, slow loading, no updates, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
