RecruitBPM vs. Talentsoft from Cegid

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

I think some of my problems with Talentsoft aren't so much the fault of the software as it is how my company is organized. I have to enter many different property levels so that a review gets created, I'm not certain that these fields are required by Talentsoft or by my corporate office. This software is not suited for companies where a segment of the employees do not have a company email address and/or access to a company computer

• I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
• Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
• I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program

• Having the reviews in Talentsoft makes it much easier for one person to manage the entire process from start to finish.
• When an employee switches managers during the year, the delegation feature makes it very easy to have the previous manager add their input to the employees review.
• Being able to have a daily import file from our HR system into Talentsoft helps in having the information in Talentsoft be current.

• Too many features does get overwhelming initially, would be good to have modules divided for specific features
• We needed several demos to understand how to use it

• Better integration with other tools in my opinion
• Better import/export functionality in my opinion
• Customisable reports

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do

I think SuccessFactors is more flexible to customer needs when creating review templates and allowing access to goals year round. They also track changes for the goals. Talentsoft was selected by our corporate office before I started with the company.

• We gained more productivity
• We have able to secure more candidates using AI Matching in RecruitBPM
• We have saved money as we are not paying 100 per user

• In my opinion, does not solve any real business problems
• In my opinion, high cost with weak functionality
