I have not used other products to the same extent as TeamDesk. All I can say is that TeamDesk is far less expensive than competitors and has tremendous functionality.
SAP Build is a strong and reliable partner with a rich FAQ and consulting power. New features make sense and are easy to distribute within the team and to end users. The community is nice, and there are many discussions on product development, shared solutions, and productivity improvements. UI is also one of the strongest points.
TeamDesk is a phenomenal service for our practice. Each legal practice area has unique characteristics that are important to successful practice. Generalized practice management services do address those unique elements because they are created for a mass audience. What makes TeamDesk so helpful is that it can be customized to account for any unique issue that we confront. We use TeamDesk for matter management. It can handle general issues like billing, matter notes, etc.; but it also allows us to track specific details unique to our practice area across each matter and make comparisons that are useful to our practice. Additionally, we have been able to customize it to facilitate our client development efforts.
SAP Build Workzone is a cloud ready service that it can provide access to users over cloud. It really liked it because for Non-SAP users they don't need to have seperate logins to access SAP systems

The ease of customization has been very helpful. As we use the system longer and decide what works for us and what needs changed, it's a matter of moments to be able to make any desired changes. Much more flexible than anything else we've used in the past.
The customer service has been excellent. Any issues that have arisen have been quickly and fully addressed.
Comparing to other RPA Tools, SAP Build automation lacks enough user guidance.
Licensing is a little bit confusing.
From a technical perspective, older versions of the automation part are not always stable, but the other services (workflow, business rules, apps, etc.) are much more stable.
The only down side that I see, is that you have to be willing to spend some time creating your database. You start with a blank canvas and all the tools you need to design a custom database. But, you have to take the time to do it. If you take that time, it is well worth it.

The UI interface for building flows , designing interface and connecting with other SAP services. This platform enables quick development and quick proto-type and process automation. But, some advanced feature like complex integration may need deeper knowledge in that.
There are, for example, great blog writings about automation cases and examples. The studio version is updated often. There are also useful OpenSAP online courses.
Online training helped to understand the drag and drop processes, building UI. Creating a workflow and process automation. Developing workflow and deploying WF. Helped to reduce the errors. It helped to understand the training easily. And online training gave good insights for low code no code solutions and create actions, forms.
