Seamless AI is very well suited for the first round of prospecting, or when going after a very publicly known and traded company. A good example would be popular brand names in the country. Whereas it does show limitations for smaller companies, it cannot yield deep data in the same way as others might. However, it is agile, very fast, and compatible. I highly recommend it to any sales force.

UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.

Seamless
  • Refresh Rate of Seamless.ai is quite good. A quick way to know this is see if a lead has changed jobs recently on LinkedIn, how quickly does it get refreshed in Seamless
  • Search Capabilities are decent. Not as strong as some of its competitors, but would do the job for sure.
  • Exporting lead lists is a great feature and a boon for saving a lot of time. Direct CSVs can be exported and fed into the CRM.

  • Enrichment / Data Quality: Phone Number quality can be way better than it is right now. Even email addresses are incorrect a lot of times.
  • Industry Filter: There are just way too many industries. Some of them definitely can be grouped / combined to help land at search results faster.

  • More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
  • Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
  • Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.

In the modern world, where everything is AI driven, companies need to make changes in the old fashioned approach of reaching out to people, seamless.ai with the features like Intent data or Auto-pilot help in making whole process very easy and faster, which helps in increasing the average number of demo calls taken in a month and allow to sell product to many more prospects. So overall, to enhance the productivity of the inside sales team, Seamless.ai as one of the preferred tools

The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. Seamless.AI is hands down the best platform currently out in the market and cost effective. ZoomInfo is great as well, but their price compared to Seamless.AI is more than half of them. Why pay more for the same great product?

UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.

  • I haven't been using UpLead long but I have generated interest in our company with several large accounts. Each one of them can add several million in revenue to our company.
  • A huge time saver is to be able to send out email blasts to potential clients I've downloaded from UpLead.
  • Securing any one of the prospects I'm working on through UpLead can easily pay for the investment 10 times over.
  • Most of the salespeople in our company are asking me where I'm getting my leads from.
