Sitejabber has provided us with many benefits and resulted in us with great customer service, handling any issues faced by customers, and competing with real businesses. Whereas Trustpilot, we believe there were many reviews left by scammers for businesses that were not legit.

I generally buy a lot of software. I check reviews on TrustRadius, Capterra, etc., for software reviews. Sitejabber is lacking in these cases, so for now, I will stick to these websites for software reviews.

Sitejabber makes it easy to create social media posts, ads, and banners right from the dashboard, as well as add reviews to drive engagement, CTR, and produce more leads and sales. It allows us to grow and improve our SEO while increasing visibility on the internet thanks to our SEO-optimized business profile page that features our reviews. If you want to generate valuable content that you can use on your website that provides a positive image of your business, Stamped.io can do it. We had absolutely no buyer feedback prior to Stamped.io. We have seen in actual customer reviews that the Stamped.io reviews are being read by customers and they consider them valuable.

Unfortunately, Trustpilot's disingenuous pricing habits and communication methods are the reason we ultimately ended our 3 year relationship with the company. In 2023, we signed a 1 year agreement for their basic plan (product reviews, Q&A, etc) at $3,800/year... Fair enough. In 2024, the price jumps to $5,040/year... Okay, steep - but we're still seeing good use of the tools, sort of justified? For 2025 it skyrockets to $8,976/year (+78% from prior)... But, after a month of haggling and threats to cancel, they 'graciously' drop it to $7,569/year. Now for 2026, Trustpilot is demanding $9,576/year for the EXACT SAME PLAN. That's a 152% increase since we started, with zero added value.

We haven't generated a whole lot of data as of right now, even being in business for two years, so a pain point for me is the analytics and trying to identify improvements. This is not really a deficiency of the software, just a lack of data.

Simple user interface - easy to understand with high level overviews, but also getting into the detail with questions for those who want it. The only issue I have is the connection with LinkedIn - sometimes it fails and makes you re-enter details again which can be a bit frustrating!

I've rarely had issues and needed support. During the implementation phase we relied on their support heavily and they were very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly by my account manager. They also have a great knowledgebase for self-service support.

The only other service we used that's similar to Stamped.io is Feedback Five. That service is only similar in that it facilitates soliciting feedback. We use it for our marketplace business, not our website. I can say that Stamped.io is much more robust and valuable. The interface is more user-friendly, the campaigns are easy to set up, and working with customers directly in the UI is super simple.

Selected Trustpilot because of superior integration with the website and Google SERPS. Again, my only complaint would be Trustpilot was relatively more expensive than the other technologies.
