CallTower is an all-in-one solution that helps businesses solve various communication problems. Customers appreciate the software's ability to consolidate VOIP providers, handle phone systems during hiring and termination processes, and reduce paper waste. Migrating from outdated Cisco or Mitel systems to Teams-based phone systems has become easier with CallTower.

The software has helped companies with remote workers by providing them easier access to a phone system while working remotely, including the ability to use company-provided telephones and call out to external vendors and customers without lengthy call queues or IVR. CallTower's integration with Microsoft Teams has allowed for external calls going to an employee's MS Teams assigned DIDs, consolidating all communications in one secure location, and removing the need for POTS or telephone equipment on a desk. The SIP service offered by CallTower allows businesses to move away from PRI lines, increase call capacity, decrease operating costs, and provide redundancy and failover for voice services.
