CloudSocial is a cloud-based platform that aims tomake managing social media accounts easier and more efficient. With CloudSocial, the user can respond to real-time customer feedback, analyze and monitor trends in customer sentiment, listen carefully for key words and generally find ways to improve the reach of a business via various social media channels. This helps online business owners optimize marketing efforts by being able to respond quickly when issues come up, acting on positive feedback and stepping into opportunities – all of which can be done from anywhere in real-time. The most important part about it is that it's a single unified interface for managing all social media platforms in one place which saves valuable time and resources.

key functionalities of CloudSocial:

· Publish - Ability to post across individual social media profiles/pages or schedule posts by day, week and month on multiple social media channels.

· Listen - Social Media Listening allows users to stay updated by tracking any keywords that are relevant to a business, industry and target audience.

· Omnibox - Reply to audiences' messages, tweets and posts directly through a unified console. Email inbox messages can be responded from Omnibox. With collaborative workflows and multiple filters including in mention keyword search to focus on the most relevant messages in the inbox.

· Analytics - All key social media metrics by channel and team performance as well as right down to what each individual is doing. Sentiment analysis not only gives an algorithm based three-point scale but allows users to break it down even further into a nine-point scale, a tag cloud, a heat map and timeline graph.

· Calendar – CloudSocial Calendar provides the freedom to get all scheduled posts out there immediately at whatever time(s) and day(s) preferred. The user can browse through upcoming posts in the Daily, weekly and monthly views.

· Social Channels & Networks – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Business Messaging, Google Drive, Medium, Email, Crello, and Pixabay.
