Better then in-house developed or VNC experiments and less expensive than other alternatives.
Yearly cost:
LogMein - $7200 for 250 machines (went up from $1400 in one year)
AVG Managed... … LogMein - TOO EXPENSIVE - cumbersome, does not work for antivirus and update

AVG Managed Workpalce - TOO EXPENSIVE - sales team does not know how to spot their customer.

TeamViewer at the time of purchase was much more expensive up-front because they didn't offer a monthly subscription, however I would say TeamViewer is as reliable and easy-to-use as ConnectWise... … ConnectWise Control offered a monthly plan which allowed us to provide remote support at a much lower up-front cost.

At the Standard tier, the monthly cost of the software is LESS than what we charge for a single hour of remote support. … Pricing with Teamviewer and LogMeIn is also prohibitively expensive.

The great pricing is the number one ROI advantage, even if you need multiple instances the cost is great. … Not to mention it is expensive, and nowhere near the value.
