GoTo Resolve's free plan allows access for up to 3 agents. The plan also includes unlimited Lite devices and 5 Pro devices. GoTo defines a Lite device as "Deployed hosts on which Agents can pull system diagnostics in the background", and a Pro device as "Deployed hosts which have full access to remote access, remote monitoring and management, and automation capabilities."

GoTo Resolve Basic starts at $55/month and includes access for 1 agent, unlimited Lite devices and 25 Pro devices. Additional agents and endpoints can be added for an additional, discounted fee. Mobile can be added for $20/month, and camera share can be added for $31/month.
