Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Dayforce in my day to day to complete payroll for 6 different entities in different countries. I also use Dayforce as an HRIS system to onboard employees and ensure all information is entered to help with tracking and reporting when needed. The system has allowed me to be successful in my role as I have access to information, and I am able to complete tasks with the autonomy that Dayforce provides. The ticketing system and customer service support for Canada and the US entities is amazing! There is always a team ready to help and I find this super helpful when completing tasks under a deadline.

Likelihood to Recommend
Dayforce is well suited for filing payroll tax and providing support when needed, especially with the US and Canada countries. I do think there can be improvement for the Ireland and UK countries, I understand that these are new frontiers to Dayforce. The response time is a bit slower and the filing of the P11D forms in Dayforce is very tedious. I really like the ability that the platform has to file year end forms for Canada and the US.
