  • Provides a very useful Gantt view
  • Has a very customizable workflow module for developing custom applications
  • Includes a powerful REST API for integration with other technologies and processes
  • Has a very flexible, customizable dashboard designing capability
  • Provides out-of-the box project KPIs
  • Allows for managing project cost, both estimated and real

  • It's GUI is not very useful on mobile devices
  • Doesn't have program or portfolio management features, some can be tailored using custom attributes and workflow apps
  • Some system catalogs (like customers) should be made available as custom fields
