Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use HubSpot to locate and manage lead lists of potential clients. I am solving problems such as documenting interactions, number of times contacts, grouping leads into categories, and sending out marketing emails. We use HubSpot from start to finish. After agreeing to engage in work with a client, we create a deal on HubSpot and the lead enters "the pipeline". With the ease of use and user friendly-ness of HubSpot, this is truly a great CRM product.

For sales HubSpot is amazing. Specifically, in the onboarding process, it is ideal to be able to assign multiple contacts a task and simply click through those queues. A scenario that is not ideal is when you are jotting down notes on a contact, it is usually when you are on the phone. Everything doesn't always fit in the same window and a lot of the time you can get lost trying to find the right tab, whether that be in notes, calls, or contact info. When you do create a deal, the info does not automatically transfer from the contact to the deal. You have to manually associate each aspect of the contact to the deal.

We implemented Hubspot after our last CRM gave us a lot of issues. Our old one kept freezing and wasn't as efficient as it could have been. Hubspot has fixed those issues and has helped us to organize our prospects much easier. It also helps us by letting us log a status alongside the potential prospect.

Occasionally will stop working and freeze up due to internet issues.
Have a more in-depth user guide/ tour when you first start using it.
I wish it had the ability to log a call without it automatically moving on to the next record

Whenever we want to log a message after a call or sending an email, Hubspot makes it quite easy to log that information and you have the ability to pin said message if needed. This is really helpful and has benefitted our organization (Especially if someone has left or moved departments) It makes it much easier to pick up right where the person before you left off. I had to pick up a new territory after my co-worker switched departments and I was able to check the status of their current prospects and knew which ones to leave alone and which to continue pursuing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use HubSpot CRM in my daily activity to carry out all the client management. Through this tool, I follow up with clients, arrange meetings with them and set tasks and reminders for myself. I keep all the important information of my clients, such as name, position, telephone, etc. I also use it to write notes on each contact I create and make a summary of the meetings I have with them, specifying the needs and processes that each specific client has. In summary, I consider HubSpot CRM to be a very useful CRM for the daily work of a Business Development Representative like myself.

It is very useful for effectively keeping track of all prospects, arranging meetings with them, and assigning reminders and tasks. It is also useful to create lists of contacts with specific characteristics and enroll them in mail sequences to have exchanges with them. The filters to search for clients are too varied, and I do not always consider that they work correctly.

We use Hubspot CRM workflows for logic-based sequencing where leads are enrolled into workflows based on use cases and actions are taken accordingly. My role is a hybrid between Sales and Customer Success. I use it to manage my pipeline, create deals and communicate about prospects with others in my company. It is also utilized for setting tasks, sending an email (templates, sequences), and making calls to clients with the DialPad plugin.

I receive and respond to perhaps 10-12 new clients daily, and maintain relations with several hundred. Hubspot CRM allows me to effectively communicate and track my book while accepting and working on new leads. I have used several CRM's and most are overly complicated and not intuitive. HubSpot CRM seems to know what I want to do before I do it. And if it's not what I want, no problem. I can change fields easily.

I believe the search function is terrible there is some "upgraded search function" but management doesn't want to pay more than they already are for the service. Rightfully so I should be able to easily bring up search results from my own notes without it bringing up a bunch of irrelevant info.

This is good for keeping track of people that need to be kept in contact with as well as logging data but searching and sorting through the data is difficult. I use it more and a planning room on who I need to call and when they were last contacted but I keep all my notes logged on a spreadsheet as it's easier to sort through them

I absolutely love Hubspot CRM's workflow and list-building functionality. It is extremely powerful. Its contextual sales functionality is also very impressive and works great. I have used many, many similar software products over the years. Each, including Hubspot CRM, has its own set of pros and cons, but Hubspot CRM takes the cake for me. I'd rather work out of it than any other platform I've used. A huge time-saver, very intuitive, and INCREDIBLE customer support.
