Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We implemented Hubspot after our last CRM gave us a lot of issues. Our old one kept freezing and wasn't as efficient as it could have been. Hubspot has fixed those issues and has helped us to organize our prospects much easier. It also helps us by letting us log a status alongside the potential prospect.

  • Occasionally will stop working and freeze up due to internet issues.
  • Have a more in-depth user guide/ tour when you first start using it.
  • I wish it had the ability to log a call without it automatically moving on to the next record

Hubspot is so much easier to use and learn. I feel as though I am learning new aspects of the platform every time I use it. Since integrating it 9 months ago we have seen an increase in opportunities from inside and outside sales that we wouldn't have had if we continued using ACT!
HubSpot is much better than Act! We selected HubSpot because we needed a change of pace and had heard good things about HubSpot from others within the industry. Since then we have been able to hit our team quota the last 9 months of 2021 and are on pace to do so in 2022. I have reason to believe we will continue to use HubSpot for years to come.

Whenever we want to log a message after a call or sending an email, Hubspot makes it quite easy to log that information and you have the ability to pin said message if needed. This is really helpful and has benefitted our organization (Especially if someone has left or moved departments) It makes it much easier to pick up right where the person before you left off. I had to pick up a new territory after my co-worker switched departments and I was able to check the status of their current prospects and knew which ones to leave alone and which to continue pursuing.
