Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My role is a hybrid between Sales and Customer Success. I use it to manage my pipeline, create deals and communicate about prospects with others in my company. It is also utilized for setting tasks, sending an email (templates, sequences), and making calls to clients with the DialPad plugin.
  • Email sequences
  • Connect to 3rd party apps to streamline processes
  • User interface
  • From a UI perspective, tabs would be nice to switch between different clients rather than always going back to the contact list.
  • cost saving to create more streamlined processes
Hubspot CRM seems to have a more user-friendly design compared to Salesforce which I am used to using in my career up until recently. Creating reports seems more difficult than it should be and the addition of tabs would be highly recommended
