Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
My role is a hybrid between Sales and Customer Success. I use it to manage my pipeline, create deals and communicate about prospects with others in my company. It is also utilized for setting tasks, sending an email (templates, sequences), and making calls to clients with the DialPad plugin.
- Email sequences
- Connect to 3rd party apps to streamline processes
- User interface
- From a UI perspective, tabs would be nice to switch between different clients rather than always going back to the contact list.
- cost saving to create more streamlined processes
