Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to locate and manage lead lists of potential clients. I am solving problems such as documenting interactions, number of times contacts, grouping leads into categories, and sending out marketing emails. We use HubSpot from start to finish. After agreeing to engage in work with a client, we create a deal on HubSpot and the lead enters "the pipeline". With the ease of use and user friendly-ness of HubSpot, this is truly a great CRM product.

HubSpot is more customizable without hiring consulting firms. The free features are truly one of a kind and while it may not be the same as oracle or sales force, it is making a name of its own. HubSpot is very easy to jump in and start using. You don't need a full day of training to get started with this product. It is also great that you can use it in a different way/your own way.
HubSpot is cheaper, easier to use, more simply customizable, and more visually appealing than oracle. We selected HubSpot due to its price, and are very happy with the results. I do not think we will be switching anytime soon.

For sales HubSpot is amazing. Specifically, in the onboarding process, it is ideal to be able to assign multiple contacts a task and simply click through those queues. A scenario that is not ideal is when you are jotting down notes on a contact, it is usually when you are on the phone. Everything doesn't always fit in the same window and a lot of the time you can get lost trying to find the right tab, whether that be in notes, calls, or contact info. When you do create a deal, the info does not automatically transfer from the contact to the deal. You have to manually associate each aspect of the contact to the deal.
