Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

User-friendly and makes my job easier. Kudos :)

  • Dashboard

Cons

  • Please put an option to sort time and disposition to calls.
  • Please put auto record.
  • Please remove others' access to a particular contact when it was already enrolled to an agent.
  • Has a higher efficiency than other CRMs.
  • User friendly.
  • You can input notes and important information to be visible to others.
It's more efficient and user-friendly. Very professional and you can keep the contact information confidential.
It helps a lot, especially for end-of-month reports. It also shows daily, weekly, and monthly production.

It's well suited when using it for dialing and you can also put a lot of information to a certain contact.
Less appropriate because I can't sort out time zones and dispositions whenever I want to look for a contact.
