I work at a consulting firm, and Keepit is essential for ensuring the confidentiality of files when restoring backups to project teams. Besides guaranteeing data integrity, it allows us to resolve file loss issues in just two clicks, which is amazing and saves a lot of IT work. The tool also allows us to migrate folders between OneDrive profiles, which is crucial for our company when a collaborator leaves, so we don't lose important files that affect business continuity.

OneDrive, ShareGate, Microsoft SharePoint

Keepit is used to backup and restore our Office 365 and Entra ID data. It provides protection beyond Microsoft's native retention and allows us to restore mailboxes, files, Teams and chat data and recover directory objects back into Office 365.

• Requires very little management day to day and easy for all members of IT to be able to restore or search for data
• Priced competitively
• Being able to restore chat and teams channel data easily is useful, not all solutions we tested were able to do that in a straightforward way.

Rubrik and Veeam Backup for AWS

We subscribed to Keepit in order to backup our Microsoft tenant, and restore deleted data as we already faced situation when data couldn't be recovered after the 90 days of delay on Microsoft side.

We also took benefit from Entra ID / Intune backup from Keepit to save some important configuration and policies.

Recovering the deleted file is very simple and fast. The user experience is perfect for an administrator user. Very good software on the cloud.
