What is KiteDesk?

There are two flavors of KiteDesk: FIND (which can be used standalone) and FIND + FLOW. 

KiteDesk FIND is a sales intelligence solution that is designed to meet the challenge of discovering qualified leads. This cloud-based solution can be used as web app, a Chrome extension. Clickable Kite icons appear everywhere to provide quick intelligence on prospects. The vendor's value proposition is that this visibility is a proven time saver at each stage of the prospecting process. By cutting out manual clicks to get to the right data – and providing information inaccessible elsewhere – KiteDesk guarantees an increase in the amount of qualified leads for the user's sales organization. This solution includes email addresses, phone numbers and social accounts.

KiteDesk FIND + FLOW includes sales prospecting plus sales development tools for sending emails, making calls, scheduling meetings and demos, etc. It includes email templates, tracking, notifications, and personalization. The sales dialer offers 1-click calling with local presence, call logging & recording and voicemail drop. Advanced analytics are created automatically with sales rep actions. The system is synced to and can be used with Salesforce, Google Apps (Gmail) and Microsoft Office (365/Exchange).

  • The way their data is sold. There needs to be a better way of getting a monthly quota for data.
  • It would be nice to see specifically where they are getting their information from.
  • Better administration capabilities

  • We have found the right contact for many companies when we have used KiteDesk. Deals have been closed that we would not normally been able to get into.

I love KITEDESK!

Pros

  • KiteDesk's API connections to the top data providers in the world enables my sales development reps to access accurate data in real time.
  • KiteDesk enables my reps to call and email more. They are actually able to prospect compared to data mining.

Cons

  • Overall, they've been really good. I thought they were a mid-entry level company. The support, the platform, and the team have been completely amazing to work with.
