Great for Culture
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We have been looking for better ways to enhance recognition, and Nectar has been the answer. Most companies only show recognition from management, Nectar helps companies have the employees recognize each other. This is great for culture and morale. It allows people to give a "job well done" when someone helps them during the month. If rolled out well by a company, Nectar is a great way to add to your culture.
Pros
- peer to peer recognition
- makes recognition like social media and adds GIFs and pictures to make it fun
- gives management a hand off approach to impact culture
Cons
- there could be more ways for people to see Nectar posts
- make adding to MS TEAMS easier to push out from IT
- although easy to use, have a link for a basic training right on the main page
Return on Investment
- Although it is hard to put numbers around, we have seen a steady uptick in peer to peer recognition
- We have seen a happier more connected workforce
- We have seen more people reaching out and communicating with each other, people that would not normally interact.
