Just six months after rolling out PagerDuty across our site, I can confirm that it has become one of the most practical tools, helping us resolve incidents faster, improve visibility, and experience very few repeat issues. All employees across the spectrum can submit their issues right from their phones in under two minutes and all updates are forthwith provided.

Pros
