Its reliability is unmatched because it has no maintaine downtime. It makes sure we dont have any issues because it never goes off work its always working.
it always acts as the main application so we dont have to use multiple applications at the same time. we use slack with it and it has never been an issue.
whenever theres a isssue in system PagerDuty automatically creates an alert which is send to the correct engineer or responder. this automatic system saves time and make sures that the problem is handles professionally and without any delay
Dashboard is easy to understand. the complete analytics gives a complete picture of where the resources are needed which helps in saving money and time.
