Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty

PagerDuty eliminates manual paging. it ensures the right person is notified immediately based on service and severity. It has the greatest incident response. It creates automated response for most incidents which saves time.

Even when our system is down Pagerduty is working for us which means we dont miss out on any major incidents. Critical incidenrs are still detected and rerouts incidents even during big failures.
By integration we get better detection which leads to better response. No human delay bw failure and response. Because of integration of monitoring tools the alerts are generated automatically in real time.
We use pagerduty modern incident response to automate critical production issues end to end. when an issue arises pagerduty automatically creates a high severity incident notifies the stakeholder or the support person.
We use Pagerduty analytics as an operational truth layer not just a reporting add on and it has had a measurable impact on how we run evaluate and improve reliability.
Its an overall better product which has no downtime. It has the fastest incident response time and provides all the features at a competitive price.

Its an amazing at its core job paging the right stakeholder at the time of incident. it has enough integration options which helps us not to use diff applications at the same time.
