Use Cases and Deployment Scope
RingEX is our hub for internal and external communications. Having the ability to utilize a call tree amongst the sales team allows us to screen spam calls. The soft phone number lets us avoid having to use actual business mobile lines with a cell carrier. The AI receptionist helps answer simple questions and lets us know who's serious about meeting with us and who's not.
Pros
- Integrates great with our CRM.
- We have the ability to make calls from our soft line or the main company number.
- We can run meetings through the platform if need be.
Cons
- AI note taking on calls does not always capture the info of the call accurately.
- The phone app and the app on my CPU don't seem to talk to each other.
- No need for guest contacts.
- The texting function does not automatically log to our CRM.
Likelihood to Recommend
RingEX is great for situations where we receive or make calls on one platform and can seamlessly switch to another (e.g., CPU to mobile or vice versa) without the person on the other end knowing. We would rather use our CRM for virtual meetings because it automatically logs, unlike RingEX's video calling.
