Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a very good application for HR management. It is a very good app for applying leaves and tracking the status. It also helps to find the organization structure so we can easily know who to reach out. It also has a 2-factor authentication which provides a great security. I also fell that it makes very easy to maintain and manage review cycles and I think it also has a very good user interface so that even a new-bee can also easily navigate through the app. It is very easy to track leaves/work from home count and it also shows the number of leaves applied and the remaining leaves which is great so we can easily keep a track of them.

I can easily apply for leaves or work from home in a few steps. It also makes the appraisal cycles easy to manage. The user profile management is also very good. The security of this app is exceptional and I think it is a go-to app for HR management. However, the customer support could be a little better.

I use Rippling as a manager of a 6-person team. I use it to approve PTO, manage my employee information, get offer letters signed, etc. I also use it to view my own information, access my benefits, and view my paystubs. Rippling is mainly used for all HR/Payroll things within our company.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rippling is our core HR app. Handles all benefits administration, IT related support and purchasing and payroll. It's our single source for all employee related activities

Pros

Nice user interface
easy to find what you need
good communication via email on things like payroll etc.

Cons

Consistency between you display of my insurance and what I actually have from the insurance company directly.
Not sure if you have it but expense management would be a nice addition

I use Rippling as a user at my current company. Rippling is by far the best HR platform I have ever used. I can login to see every single detail within my role for benefits, pay, reviews, and even 401k information. The UX is so simple. Past HR platforms take forever just to login in. Rippling is great!

I think rippling could reduce the amount of multi-factor authentication. It was a bit confusing when I first enrolled.
Rippling sends our pay emails a bit late.
Rippling could provide W-2 information faster.

Rippling is great for entering time. I use their timesheet every two weeks. As a salary employee I don't want to clock in and out each day.

This function is super fast and accurate.

Rippling could be too much for a small business owner. But as an employee of a medium sized company it works great!

I use Rippling as an employee. This is the second company that I have used Rippling at, and I was so excited when I found out my current company chooses Rippling as its HRIS. It is by far the easiest to use, most user friendly. It also makes it easy to access documents for taxes, and paystubs from my previous employer.

Pros

Easy to submit for PTO requests, with clear options for different types of leave.
Seamless Tax Document Process - even for previous employers that used Rippling.
Easy to use for New Hire Onboarding - walks you through what tasks you need to do without overwhelming you with a ton of information at once.

Cons

The App is not the best, it is way more limited than the desktop version.
Sometimes it notifies you multiple times in a day to complete a task - its excessive
It lacks a peer and manager-employee review functionality.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think that Rippling is well suited for mid-sized companies that have employees in multiple states and / or internationally-based team members. In this scenario, the HR team would need a solution to manage payroll, tax compliance, benefits enrollment, and software access remotely. Through Rippling, all of these can be managed on a global scale.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Rippling for onboarding/offboarding, people management, payroll (local and global) expenses, reimbursements and suppliers payments. We can also provide our team with credit cards and track their transactions, for example. We can also run climate surveys using Rippling, which is something we will start doing. It is great to have all of these in one platform!

it takes too long to pay suppliers in different countries which can negatively imply some of our opperations
having to pay to add slack to integrations since we already pay more to use integrations

The same reasons I already mentioned on the previous questions i was asked. Basically, I would recommend because you can centralize all your operations in one platform and it is easy to see information, but I do thing it is too robustic and burocratic sometimes.

My organization utilizes Rippling for payroll and IT management. We appreciate the various reports available in Rippling, as well as, the ability to customize the reports. The IT management was a game changer for us. Our organization is too small for an onsite IT department, but Rippling offers the IT service for a more cost-efficient price than our prior outside vendor!

Sometimes, the reports are not exactly what I am looking for, so customizing the report is required. </div><div>We also utilize Rippling for IT Management! This feature was appreciated, as our outside vendor's prices were increasing. We appreciate having an IT department via Rippling!</div>

Rippling is used for the HR Management purpose in our organisation. It plays a vital role in the leave management purpose. Employees can apply and check for the leave request without needing anyone's help. It also helps in assigning tasks to the employees. It's a very useful tool to protect the security of the system of the employees.

We use it for payroll and have been very happy with the functionality. Our business is conducted worldwide, with several overseas sectors. The versatility of the Rippling gives our employees ease of use that is straightforward in any language. I personally use it to check my stocks weekly as a Rippling partner with many other apps within its platform, such as human interest.

Pros

Payroll alert is provided to my entire company, which spans more than 10,000 employees with different time zones. The app never fails to alert the team members when it’s payday in any country.
Automation, this function has everything you need in one area. Weather it be requesting time off, looking at your W2 or even checking stocks in your 401k portfolio. This app makes it easy to search for everything in one place.
Communication: Several different members of the association are able to communicate effectively and timely within the app. Rippling is a worldwide country that is difficult to maintain, but it does it easily.

Cons

Rippling uses third-party apps for some of its resources. Including a link to download the apps would be great.

Rippling has been handy when I need to report time off and not near a desktop. Using the app has been very convenient.

We utilize for both of our companies for payroll and we utilize our contractors and hourly employees to track hours etc for many reports

Pros

Responds quickly when there are any issues, such as tax issues etc
Has an amazing streamline of helping utilize all our tools
Has a wonderful HR response team to any question needed answered

Cons

I would like to see faster responses from AP Intego your workmans comp company is too slow at responding and couldn't even get a call back when wanting to start a new policy, but finally got a call back
Everything else has been pretty seamless

The response time is very fast and detailed and helps solve all tax issues pretty quickly as well.

The only scenario that I have found to be frustrating was the lack of response by the workman's comp team.
