Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as a manager of a 6-person team. I use it to approve PTO, manage my employee information, get offer letters signed, etc. I also use it to view my own information, access my benefits, and view my paystubs. Rippling is mainly used for all HR/Payroll things within our company.

  • Having to switch between an admin and employee account can be confusing
  • Ability to scale quickly as we grow
  • No wasted time on administrative tasks

I think that they keep things very simple. They do not over-complicate things that often are very over-complicated (HR, benefits, payroll, etc.). Their UX design is fantastic, their emails and notifications are timely and helpful, not annoying and irrelevant. Fantastic product!
