Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling as an employee. This is the second company that I have used Rippling at, and I was so excited when I found out my current company chooses Rippling as its HRIS. It is by far the easiest to use, most user friendly. It also makes it easy to access documents for taxes, and paystubs from my previous employer.
Pros
- Easy to submit for PTO requests, with clear options for different types of leave.
- Seamless Tax Document Process - even for previous employers that used Rippling.
- Easy to use for New Hire Onboarding - walks you through what tasks you need to do without overwhelming you with a ton of information at once.
Cons
- The App is not the best, it is way more limited than the desktop version.
- Sometimes it notifies you multiple times in a day to complete a task - its excessive
- It lacks a peer and manager-employee review functionality.
- Has multiple integrations making employees more efficient
- Onboarding is streamlined through automation
- Improved Employee Experience with a centralized platform for pay, benefits, and IT
