Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as an employee. This is the second company that I have used Rippling at, and I was so excited when I found out my current company chooses Rippling as its HRIS. It is by far the easiest to use, most user friendly. It also makes it easy to access documents for taxes, and paystubs from my previous employer.

Pros

  • Easy to submit for PTO requests, with clear options for different types of leave.
  • Seamless Tax Document Process - even for previous employers that used Rippling.
  • Easy to use for New Hire Onboarding - walks you through what tasks you need to do without overwhelming you with a ton of information at once.

Cons

  • The App is not the best, it is way more limited than the desktop version.
  • Sometimes it notifies you multiple times in a day to complete a task - its excessive
  • It lacks a peer and manager-employee review functionality.
  • Has multiple integrations making employees more efficient
  • Onboarding is streamlined through automation
  • Improved Employee Experience with a centralized platform for pay, benefits, and IT
I am an end user of Rippling, and when I was leaving my previous employer, I had some uncertainty about whether they would be notified and what would happen when I registered for a new Rippling account under a new company. However, Rippling was very informative and responsive, providing clear guidance that reassured me throughout the process.

. The platform is incredibly intuitive, with a clean interface that makes it easy to navigate HR, payroll, and IT tasks all in one place. The seamless onboarding process, automated workflows, and self-service options make managing employment details effortless. Even as an end user, I found Rippling to be highly responsive and informative, ensuring a smooth experience when transitioning between employers. While there’s always room for small improvements, the platform stands out for its efficiency and user-friendly design
I think that Rippling is well suited for mid-sized companies that have employees in multiple states and / or internationally-based team members. In this scenario, the HR team would need a solution to manage payroll, tax compliance, benefits enrollment, and software access remotely. Through Rippling, all of these can be managed on a global scale.
