Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We utilize for both of our companies for payroll and we utilize our contractors and hourly employees to track hours etc for many reports

Pros

  • Responds quickly when there are any issues, such as tax issues etc
  • Has an amazing streamline of helping utilize all our tools
  • Has a wonderful HR response team to any question needed answered

Cons

  • I would like to see faster responses from AP Intego your workmans comp company is too slow at responding and couldn't even get a call back when wanting to start a new policy, but finally got a call back
  • Everything else has been pretty seamless
  • It has saved on a lot of time in all areas of payroll
  • builing the reports has helped to cut down time for our accounting company especially being able to accrual vacation and bonuses.
We used paychex before and there is no comparison
I have always had quick responses and detailed information on all the questions I have asked.

Rippling is easy to use and manipulate. Every once in a while I can't remember where to find something but that just takes time to manipulate and the chat really is a good guidance as well
The response time is very fast and detailed and helps solve all tax issues pretty quickly as well.

The only scenario that I have found to be frustrating was the lack of response by the workman's comp team.
