Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as a user at my current company. Rippling is by far the best HR platform I have ever used. I can login to see every single detail within my role for benefits, pay, reviews, and even 401k information. The UX is so simple. Past HR platforms take forever just to login in. Rippling is great!

Cons

  • I think rippling could reduce the amount of multi-factor authentication. It was a bit confusing when I first enrolled.

Paycom is extremely clunky. I remember one specific incident it took me a whole day to login to view my HR file. I had to reset my password, email, and call my GM to get access. The UX was not sleek at all and was notably older looking. Rippling is sleek and fresh.
Whenever I need to reset a password or need any help support is immediate.

Anyone can use rippling. It is simple and efficient.
Rippling is great for entering time. I use their timesheet every two weeks. As a salary employee I don't want to clock in and out each day.
This function is super fast and accurate.
Rippling could be too much for a small business owner. But as an employee of a medium sized company it works great!
