Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for onboarding/offboarding, people management, payroll (local and global) expenses, reimbursements and suppliers payments. We can also provide our team with credit cards and track their transactions, for example. We can also run climate surveys using Rippling, which is something we will start doing. It is great to have all of these in one platform!

Pros

  • payroll
  • employee management
  • onboarding
  • expenses

Cons

  • facilitate employee verification for paycheck, it is too burocratic
  • it takes too long to pay suppliers in different countries which can negatively imply some of our opperations
  • having to pay to add Slack to integrations since we already pay more to use integrations
  • Overall good impacts, however because it takes too long to pay suppliers we would consider changing it. Also because it is too burocratic to get employees verified.
What I like about Rippling above the other ones is what I already mentioned: being able to have everything in one place, such as onboarding, payroll, suppliers etc, with Factorial we couldnt global payroll nor suppliers and with Deel we didnt have the suppliers.
We usually hear back from Rippling and have our issues solved, but sometimes it takes a while for it to happen. It has, however, improved since I started using Rippling which us this January. But it [...] that only I go and solve it for them, because I am an ADM I can open chats, open tickets and they cant, it would be much better and less time consuming if they could deal with it themselves.

Do you think Rippling delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Rippling's feature set?

Yes

Did Rippling live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Rippling go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

I said it on the previous questions to b e honest. it is a great platform, it has several features that are very useful on a daily basis, but it is too burocratic and rigid. Also, another issue is the team members not being able to chat with the CS and open tickets. And last but not least, the time it takes for international transactions in general.
The same reasons I already mentioned on the previous questions i was asked. Basically, I would recommend because you can centralize all your operations in one platform and it is easy to see information, but I do thing it is too robustic and burocratic sometimes.
