Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for onboarding/offboarding, people management, payroll (local and global) expenses, reimbursements and suppliers payments. We can also provide our team with credit cards and track their transactions, for example. We can also run climate surveys using Rippling, which is something we will start doing. It is great to have all of these in one platform!

Cons
- facilitate employee verification for paycheck, it is too burocratic
- it takes too long to pay suppliers in different countries which can negatively imply some of our opperations
- having to pay to add Slack to integrations since we already pay more to use integrations
- Overall good impacts, however because it takes too long to pay suppliers we would consider changing it. Also because it is too burocratic to get employees verified.
- Factorial HR and Deel
What I like about Rippling above the other ones is what I already mentioned: being able to have everything in one place, such as onboarding, payroll, suppliers etc, with Factorial we couldnt global payroll nor suppliers and with Deel we didnt have the suppliers.
