Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a very good application for HR management. It is a very good app for applying leaves and tracking the status. It also helps to find the organization structure so we can easily know who to reach out. It also has a 2-factor authentication which provides a great security. I also fell that it makes very easy to maintain and manage review cycles and I think it also has a very good user interface so that even a new-bee can also easily navigate through the app. It is very easy to track leaves/work from home count and it also shows the number of leaves applied and the remaining leaves which is great so we can easily keep a track of them.

The reason i choose Rippling from other apps is the wide range of integrations it makes the job very easy and also it is very easy to use compared to other software that are available in the market. For me the security it provides is the best feature as it has 2-factor authentication.

Support Rating

There are couple of occasions where I had to reach out to Rippling support. It was moderate but I feel like the support could be a lot better. The main thing is the response time sometimes we don't get response quickly this is frustrating when we need an urgent help and and I also feel that the knowledge base should be updated and more comprehensive which would help a lot.

Usability

I like the UI it provides. It's very easy to navigate and the on-boarding process is very easy and straight forward. It is highly functional and also it has many integrations available which helps in various tasks and managing the organization structure is very easy through Rippling. However, the mobile app could be better It is very slow some times.

I can easily apply for leaves or work from home in a few steps. It also makes the appraisal cycles easy to manage. The user profile management is also very good. The security of this app is exceptional and I think it is a go-to app for HR management. However, the customer support could be a little better.
