Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our core HR app. Handles all benefits administration, IT related support and purchasing and payroll. It's our single source for all employee related activities

Pros

  • Nice user interface
  • easy to find what you need
  • good communication via email on things like payroll etc.

Cons

  • Consistency between you display of my insurance and what I actually have from the insurance company directly.
  • Not sure if you have it but expense management would be a nice addition
  • Has allowed us to continue to have a fractional HR person handle all our needs
Both are good products but I prefer Rippling's user interface.
