Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use the Incentive Management module with Workflow. Currently on the Oracle platform but will be migrating to Hana platform. We utilize this for sales incentive processing and reporting
Pros
- Easy to configure plans and fast plan launches for stakeholders
- Easy configuration for dashboard reporting
- Easy and simple UI experience for admins and stakeholders
Cons
- Limitation of dashboard widgets on Oracle however this might change on the Hana platform
- Some workspaces that do not have ease of upload and versioning
- Currency ( global currency ) payment not easily to view and when download to csv template does not appear
- Reporting with currency values when download to excel with symbols does not allow sum of value easily since it will appear as text columns
Likelihood to Recommend
One-stop shop tool for sales team members to access plan documents, dashboard reporting for sales incentive payments and dispute management. The dispute management tool and workspace is a little clunky on the Oracle platform. it does not allow for disputes to be pushed back and forth from creator to responder easily. Information in the Comments field when downloaded to csv file from the interface does not contain Comments field. This is where some unique identifiers are captured in the ticket and not having it available when downloaded does not allow us to analyze the tickets. Unsure if Embedded Analytics Admin allows the disputes to be analyzed using the Comments section and contains like
