We use it make instruction manuals for the team, we have taken all our procedures from an old manual and updated everything - whenever we have a new process or change a process, we use Scribe to document these. The problem we had was we had to write the manuals up and do screen shots for each part of the process and then add in arrows etc to show where to look on the software programme.
